Better known as the Fulton Street Artist Market. I tried it out today for the first time. One of my new buds, Karin, let me share her space, which was just perfect for my little set up. The market was a fun way to connect with other ladies who sew/craft/don't have their heads up their asses.
Folks back their vehicles up to a stall and the customers walk down the center aisle. Way more laid back than the craft show I did this summer.

...and it can't come soon enough! The Millionaire and I joined parents all over the country in breathing that sigh of relief for the start of school today. Not before we had a photo shoot though! The kids are wearing tops from windylou at ETSY, made just for their first day of school.

I participated in my first craft show a week or so ago. It went pretty well, despite a few things I would have liked to tweak (like having walls for my canopy so you can't see everyone else's crap! ) Here are a few photos of my mania prior to and then at the show. I was dog tired all day that day having been awake until after 2 am at a rock n roll show the night before. Thank the lawd the Millionaire got us a hotel room with a big fat whirlpool tub!

I've been anxiously awaiting the arrival of my official labels and ribbon for the Etsy shop. Now that they are here, I can finally feel like a legitimate seller. All I lack is wrapping up the legal stuff and I can call myself a business lady!
